Although I haven't had any professional tutoring experience so far, I have helped many of my friends with homework in the areas of English, German, and some social studies classes. I also have a younger sister who I have assisted on some homework assignments in the past. I have also babysat for a wide age range of children and have worked as a volunteer day camp assistant for the past few summers. I took seven AP courses throughout high school and passed them all with 4s and 5s. (German-5, English Language-5, US Government-5, Comparative Government-5, US History-4, European History-4, and English Literature-4). Relevant courses which I am taking / have taken so far include: German 301 and 302, British Literature 218 (Restoration to Romantics) and 219 (Victorian to Contemporary), Intro to Poetry 121, Ways of Knowing 120, Psychology 100 and Native American Studies 100. I am fluent in German, as I was an exchange student to Germany for eleven months durning my junior year of high school. I love German and would be thrilled to tutor anyone in it. I also especially love poetry and novels, and aspire to be a high school English teacher someday.
