Experience
I am currently working on my secondary teaching certification at the UM School of Educaiton for English Literature. I have nearly straight A's (one B+) in all of my college English courses. I have made the UM Dean's list for the last three semesters in a row and five times total at the University of Montana. I have completed my first teaching observation at Big Sky High School and will be student teaching next spring. I have experience working with youth through Flagship(Franklin Elementary). I was also a one term president of the UM Debate Team and feel comfortable tutoring in Social Science, Current Events, Civics, and/or Philosophy as I used to be a Political Science major with an emphasis in political philosophy both at UM and the University of Washington before I switched into English Teaching. I look forward to expanding my experience working with students who want to learn.
